Building or structure comprising a system comprising a means for retaining soil for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall, vegetation roof or vegetation wall comprising a system comprising a means for retaining soil for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall, system comprising a means for retaining soil soil for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall, means for retaining soil for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall. The invention relates to a building or structure comprising a system comprising means for retaining soil for a vegetation roof or wall. The building or structure may be a house, office building, shed, hall, station building or the like. A slope of for instance a raised or sunken road can also form such a construction. The invention also relates to a vegetation roof or vegetation wall provided with a system comprising means for retaining soil for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall. The invention also relates to a system comprising means for retaining soil for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall. The invention also relates to means for retaining soil for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall. Within the scope of the invention, a vegetation roof or wall is a roof or wall provided with plants. The vegetation roof can be flat or oblique, the vegetation wall can be oblique or vertical. The invention also relates to such a building, construction, roof, system and means provided with plants. Vegetation roofs are also known as green roofs. Vegetation walls are also known as green walls or vertical gardens. Green roofs and green walls have many advantages. They serve as, inter alia, for or as: - CO; storage; - Water storage; - Insulation of a building and thus reduction of the heat requirement and thus of the CO: emissions; - Cooling a building and more generally a built environment, - Beautifying the view; - Increasing biodiversity in a built environment; - Longer life span. These benefits are well known and are becoming more important given climate change. For example, sedum or other vegetation or planting is applied to a green roof. The vegetation requires a soil material, which nutrient soil is referred to as "soil" in the context of the invention. Depending on the vegetation applied, the composition of the soil material can differ. Roofs often have a slope. The degree of inclination can vary from a few degrees to, for example, 45 degrees. Without a means of holding the applied soil, i.e. keeping the soil in place, the soil can wash away during rainfall. Loss of soil can also occur on flat roofs during heavy rainfall, but also in dry periods due to dehydration accompanied by wind. Plants or plants are also placed on or on vertical walls. Means for retaining the ground are known in the art. Chinese Patent CN104969791 describes the use of hexagonal geocells that are mounted and secured on a pitched roof. The geocells are interconnected and secured with retaining means. Soil is placed in the geocells for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall. Chinese Patent CN208905310 describes a steel structure, compartmentalized by ribs, which is mounted on a roof of a transportable house. Soil is placed in the compartments for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall. Chinese Patent CN202706300 describes a pitched roof on which concrete ridges are mounted. Soil is applied between the ridges. A further known means for retaining soil on a pitched roof includes a net to which arcuate upright ledges are secured. The arc-shaped ridges prevent the ground from slipping. It is also known to fasten steel upright sleepers to steel wires. Another system uses plastic sedum trays cassettes. The ready-to-use sedum tray cassettes can be placed on a roof where they can be clicked together. Many different systems are therefore known. The existing systems have one or more drawbacks: - They are heavy - They are difficult to apply and/or difficult to remove - Application is very labour-intensive. It is an object of the invention to provide a building with a system comprising a soil retention means for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall, a roof provided with a soil retention system for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall and/or a retention system to provide soil for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall and/or means for retaining soil for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall which eliminates or at least reduces one or more of the said drawbacks. To this end, a building or structure provided with a soil retention system for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall, characterized in that the soil retention means for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall comprises a rollable or foldable mat, the mat comprising pairs of upright wall parts, the pairs of upright wall parts comprise a first and a second upright wall part, which pairs of wall parts form a ridge, and the mat comprises intermediate flat parts between the ridges, wherein there are fold seams between the flat intermediate parts and the upright wall parts and the rollable or foldable mat on the side facing the roof or the wall is provided with spacers to keep the upright wall parts on the side of the rollable or folding mat facing the roof at a distance from each other, A vegetation roof or vegetation wall provided with a system for retaining soil for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall is characterized in that the means for retaining soil for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall comprises a rollable or collapsible mat, the mat comprising pairs of upright wall parts, the pairs of upright wall parts comprising a first and a second upright wall part, the pairs of wall parts forming a ridge, and the mat comprising flat intermediate parts between the ridges, whereby folding seams are located between the flat intermediate parts and the upright wall parts and the rollable or foldable mat on the side facing the roof is provided with spacers to close the upright wall parts on the side of the rollable or foldable mat facing the roof. keep the mat at a distance from each other. A vegetation roof soil retention system or vegetation wall soil retention means is characterized in that the vegetation roof soil retention means or vegetation wall soil retention means comprises a rollable or collapsible mat, the mat comprising pairs of upright wall members, the pairs of upright wall members having a first and a second upright wall part, which pairs of wall parts form a ridge, and the mat comprises intermediate flat parts between the ridges, folding seams being arranged between the flat intermediate parts and the upright wall parts and the rollable or foldable mat provided on the side facing the roof is of spacer means for keeping the upright wall parts on the side of the rollable or foldable mat facing the roof at a distance from each other. The invention also provides a means for retaining soil for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall comprising a rollable or collapsible mat, wherein the mat in the rolled out or unfolded state comprises pairs of upright wall parts, the pairs of upright wall parts comprise a first and a second upright wall part, which pairs of wall parts form a ridge, and the mat contains flat intermediate parts between the ridges, wherein folding seams are located between the flat intermediate parts and the upright wall parts and the rollable or foldable mat is provided with spacers on the side facing the roof or wall to upright wall parts on the side of the rollable or foldable mat facing the roof at a distance from each other. The invention also provides a roll-up or foldable mat, wherein the mat comprises pairs of upright wall parts, the pairs of upright wall parts comprise a first and a second upright wall part, which pairs of wall parts form a ridge, and the mat comprises flat intermediate parts between the ridges, wherein there are folding seams are located between the flat intermediate parts and the upright wall parts and the rollable or foldable mat on the side facing the roof is provided with spacers to keep the upright wall parts on the side of the rollable or foldable mat facing the roof at a distance from each other hold. A rollable or foldable mat is easy to apply and to roll out or spread out over the roof. The weight of the system can be kept relatively low. No complicated and labour-intensive operations have to be performed after application of the mat. This can reduce the time for installing the system and also reduce the safety risks for the persons installing the system. The spacers for means are preferably formed by bands arranged on the side of the mat facing the roof or the wall. This is a simple embodiment for such spacers. In a preferred embodiment, the length of one of the upright wall parts of a pair is different from the length of the other upright wall part of a pair. A difference in length between the upright wall parts of a pair determines the angle that the pair of upright wall parts make with the mat and thus the angle with the pitched roof. The position of the upright wall parts can hereby be adapted to the slope of the roof. In a preferred embodiment, a plateau extends between the upright wall parts of a pair of wall parts. In a preferred embodiment, the rollable or foldable mat contains carpet material impregnated with bitumen on one side. The bitumen layer, in unrolled form, forms a top side of the mat. In a preferred embodiment, one or both of the upright struts or both are provided with drainage openings. Overflow of excess rainwater can easily be achieved with this. The water storage function of the roof can be controlled by the location of the openings. The means is preferably provided by overlap portions. The connection between two applied mats can be made so easily. These and further aspects of the invention are described and illustrated below with reference to the drawing: In the drawing: Figure 1 shows an example of a known system; Figure 2 shows a further example of a known system; Figures 3A and 3B show an example of mat for a building, roof or system according to the invention; Figures 4A and 4B further details of an example of a means for a system according to the invention; Figure 5 shows a further detail of an example of a system according to the invention. Figures 6A and 6B show how to roll up a mat; Figure 7 shows a further example of the invention; Figures 8A and 8B show a further example of the invention; Figures 9A and 9B unrolling rolled up mats; Figure 10 linking two mats together; Figures 11A and 11B two mats with overlaps; Figure 12 shows an embodiment for an oblique or vertical wall; Figure 13 shows a cross-section of mat with belts and a drainage layer; Figures 14 and 15 show a further embodiment of a mat according to the invention Like reference numerals generally refer to like parts. The figures are not drawn to scale and serve to illustrate the invention. Figure 1 shows an example of a known system, a system known from Chinese Patent Specification CN104969791. The soil retaining means 1 includes a honeycomb structure of hexagonal geocells 2 which are mounted and secured on a pitched roof. The geocells 2 are interconnected and secured with retaining means. Soil is placed in the geocells for a vegetation roof or vegetation wall. Figure 2 illustrates a system known from Chinese Patent CN202706300. Ridges 3 of concrete have been arranged on a sloping roof. Soil is applied between the ridges. The various known systems are complex and difficult to install and/or very heavy. Figures 3A and 3B show in section and in the rolled out or unfolded condition a mat 4 according to the invention suitable for a means, system, roof or building according to the invention. The mat contains a layer 5 . This layer 5 contains ridges R. The ridges R contain pairs of upright walls OW1 and OW2. The layer 5 also contains intermediate parts T located between the ridges R. Furthermore, the layer 5 contains fold seams V1, V2 to V6. In this example, two ridges R are shown. The pattern can continue with the layer 5 showing several ridges. The length of an intermediate part T is indicated in FIG. 3 by D1. The distance at the base of the ridge is indicated in the figure by D2. The height of the ridge R is indicated by H1. The length of upright wall part OW1 is indicated by L1, the length of upright wall part OW2 is indicated by L2. This layer 5 can contain several sub-layers, for example a carpet layer which is impregnated with bitumen on the top. Preferably, the height H1 of the ribs is between 2 and 10 cm. Preferably, D2 is between 2 and 8 cm. L1 and L2 may differ and differ in this example. The angles which the upright walls OW1 and OW2 make with the mat 4 and thus with the roof or surface on which the mat is applied are determined by the ratios of distances D2 and the lengths L1 and L2. In this example, L1 is shorter than L2. The distance between the ribs, the distance D1, is preferably between 6 and 100 cm. The mat is provided with distance means 6 which determine the distance D2. In a preferred embodiment, the spacer means are formed by drawstrings 6. The layer 5 is shown in Figure 3A. Pressure is exerted on the folding seam V2, as a result of which the folding seams V1 and V3 come together and upright walls OW1 and OW2 form a ridge R. The mat contains spacers to determine the distance at the base (and thus the height and the width and the angle of the ridge R. In this example, the mat contains the drawstrings 6 on the underside of layer 5. These can, for example, be of hot melt are glued to layer 5. The further ridges are formed in the same way.The shape of the folding seams shown is given as an example, many shapes are possible.A folding seam can also be formed by weakening the material along a line. fold seams V1, etc. are shown in this example on one side of the layer 5, they can also be on the other side, they are preferably on the side opposite the ridges, in figure 3 this is the bottom. Figures 4A and 4B show a waist and mat in cross section and top view. The mat is provided with drainage openings 7. Overflow of excess rainwater can easily be achieved with this. The water storage function of the roof can be controlled by the location of the openings. An overlap 8 is provided between mats. This can be a flexible foil that is applied to one or more of the mats with adhesive spray. The overlap falls on the roof over an adjacent mat, so that a watertight connection can be obtained. Figure 5 illustrates how, by choosing the lengths L1, L2 and D2, the angle that a ridge R makes with a pitched roof can be chosen. As the distance D2 increases, the angle a changes. The angle a then increases. If the length L2 increases for the same length L1, the angle increases. Figures 6A and 6B illustrate how a mat is rolled into a rolled mat 9. In this figure, the mat is rolled up. The mat can also be folded, using the folding seams and depending on the depth of the folding seams. Preferably, the mat is rolled up into a roll. This is a form that is easy to transport and roll out. In the case of asymmetric corrugations, where the length L1 differs from the length L2, the roll shape is a preferred shape. Figure 7 illustrates a further example of a mat for a building, roof, system and device according to the invention. In this case, there are shown two optional, preferred features that can be used together or separately from each other in preferred embodiments of the invention. Both features are here together to limit the number of figures. The first feature resides in the fact that a plateau P extends between the upright walls. The second feature is that two belts 6A and 6B are provided at the bottom and top of layer 5. The advantage of two belts is extra strength, a disadvantage can occur when the spaces between the ribs are filled with soil. The increase in rigidity is particularly advantageous for relatively large distances between the ribs. Two bands are preferably used for distances D1 greater than 3 times the height HI. Figures 8A and 8B show a further example of the invention. Fig. 8A shows a front view (upper part) and a top view (lower part) and Fig. 8B shows a side view. Figures 9A and 9B illustrate the rolling out of a rolled up mat 9. In this example, rolls 9 are rolled out over the roof from the ridge of the roof 10 on the left and right. Means for retaining soil are thus arranged on the roof in a simple manner. The means are simple and easy to apply. In these figures, the mat is rolled out over a pitched roof. The mat can also be rolled out over a flat roof. With a sloping roof, it is advantageous to roll out the mat from above. With a roof that makes a small angle, the mat can also be unrolled upwards. Preferably, a mat is rolled out over the ridge of the roof to both sides, parts of the mat are then located on both sides of the roof. Figure 9A shows an example of such a situation. Preferably, there is approximately equal length of the mat on either side of the ridge of the roof. The shear stress on the mat is then small or minimal, so that the chance that the mat will slide is minimal. This is particularly advantageous for pitched to very pitched roofs, roofs that form an angle with a roof pitch that is greater than 30 degrees, for example between 35 and 60 degrees. Figure 10 illustrates the joining of two mats. For relatively small roofs, the use of a mat may be sufficient, but for larger roofs it can be useful to connect the mats together. Figure 10 illustrates an example of a connection. In this example, the straps 6 are provided with coupling means 11A and 11B, in this case a buckle, one of the coupling means forming the "female" and the other the "male". Figures 11A and 11B illustrate how overlaps 8 can be positioned to form the overlap between two mats. In the foregoing figures embodiments are shown in which a mat is or has been arranged on an inclined surface. Not shown, but described is the possibility to use a mat on a flat roof. "Roof" should not be interpreted as restrictive, what is described as "roof" in the figure description can also be, for example, a slope of a dike or a raised or sunken road or railway. Figure 12 shows an embodiment that can be used for an inclined or vertical wall. This embodiment is a variant of the embodiment shown in figure 7. In this embodiment an additional flap V3 is provided. This flap has a balcony function. Figure 12 shows schematically how flower pots 12 can be arranged in the construction. A shelf 13 may be arranged at the top of an applied mat. This shelf can be mounted on the wall. Of course, a different suspension construction can also be used for this. Figure 13 shows a mat with belts 6 in cross section. The mat contains several layers, a bitumen layer 5A on a carpet layer 5B. The bitumen layer is formed by impregnating a carpet. In this example, the bitumen layer still has an outer layer 5C. In this example, a drainage layer 14 is arranged under the mat. This drainage layer 14 can for instance consist of a bubble wrap. Figure 14 shows a further embodiment of the mat according to the invention. In this embodiment the mat is provided with an internal reinforcing profile 15. The reinforcing profile makes the ribs stronger. Reinforcing profile 15 can be provided with a slot or folding seam 16 in order to be able to fold the reinforcing profile. That makes rolling up easier. The position of the slot or fold seam may be in the center of the base of the reinforcement profile, but the position of the slot or fold seam is preferably closer to the shortest upright side than to the longest upright side of the reinforcement profile. The lengths of the upright sides are indicated in the figure with L1' and L2'. These lengths are slightly smaller than the lengths L1 and L2 of the ribbing. The base has a length D1', which is slightly less than the distance D1 in the ridges. Preferably, the fold seam or groove is spaced (D1'-(L2'-L1}}}/2. The lengths LT' and L2' differ in this example, they can be equal to each other. Examples if L1 is 8 cm, L2' 10 cm and D1' 6 cm, then the groove or fold seam is preferably made at 2 cm from the corner point H. If L1' is 12 cm, L2' 13 cm and D1' 5 cm, the groove or fold seam is preferably made at 2 cm from the corner point H. Figure 15 shows a number of possible shapes for a reinforcement profile. The reinforcement profile can have an L-shape or a V-shape. After the band 6 has been fitted, the reinforcing profiles can be slid into the ridges, but the reinforcing profiles 15 are preferably placed in the ridges R and then the band 6 is applied over it. It will be clear that many variations are possible within the scope of the invention and the invention is not limited to the examples given above.
